Ryll Paul was born in Brisbane, Australia in 1951. Her father was a passionate reader and her love for the written word was ignited in her mid-twenties.
At age fourteen Ryll began work in the fashion industry. After many years of dedicated work she opened her
own bridal design business. She received her first highly acclaimed fashion award in 1987.Ryll is the mother of three children and has travelled extensively overseas. Her love of nature and especially our Australian wildlife, has always been a passion and is beautifully portrayed in Friends of the Flood.
